F-22, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 comprising of the entire ground floor admeasuring 160 square meters approximately with mezzanine floor admeasuring 80 square meters approximately which was let out to the respondent/landlord/owner by the predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner/tenant for the use of the shop/showroom. The respondent/landlord/owner filed an Eviction Petition bearing RC ARC No. 5688/2016 titled as Ankur Kathuria V M/s Ivory Mart (a partnership firm) under section 14(1)(e) read with section 25(B) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958.
