This is an application seeking disposal of the execution petition as per the terms and condition of the settlement arrived between the parties under Vivad se Vishwas – II (Commercial Dispute) Scheme.

As per the settlement, the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court to the tune of Rs . 33,89,61,212/- along with accrued interest is to be released to the judgment-debtor. Further, the three bank guarantees amounting to Rs. 86.50 crores are also be released. The details of the bank guarantees are extracted below:
