notified the applicant/Decree Holder of the same and had sought an extension of time on account of illness of his granddaughter who was hospitalized in Singapore. He further submits that the entire payment for that instalment was made in the month of December 2024 itself and subsequently, the payment qua instalment for the month of January 2025 has been made in time. He lastly submits, on instructions, that the respondent/Judgment Debtor would ensure that no such default/delay would occur henceforth.
