The arbitration proceedings are in the context of an agreement dated 12.05.2016 between the parties for execution of the “Balance Work of Main Plant Package (SG & AUX) of Unit # 1, 2, 3 at BARH STPP STAGE – I (3X660 MW)”.

It is submitted by respective counsel that the arbitration proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments have already been concluded by the petitioner / claimant. It is submitted that given the nature of the matter, an appropriate extension of time be granted for completion of
