- Appellant by virtue of the present appeal seeks enhancement of the award dated 18.10.2022 passed by the learned Tribunal awarding compensation of Rs. 2,64,502/- along with interest @ 9% from the date of filing of the claim petition.
- We have interacted with the learned counsel/parties concerned. Apropos such interaction and deliberation, the parties have agreed that respondent- insurance company shall pay Rs. 2,00,000/- over and above the compensation granted by the learned Tribunal.
