After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants confines his payer to a direction to the Election Officer and the Observer appointed by this Court to conduct the election of Respondent no.1/Society within a strict time frame.

Keeping in view the limited prayer sought in the present appeal, this Court directs the Election Officer and the Observer appointed by the learned Single Judge to conduct the election of Respondent no.1/Society as
