Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal. He, however, states that the appellant be given time till 16^th November, 2024 to surrender the kiosk.

Keeping in view the limited relief sought in the present appeal, the same is disposed of with a direction to the appellant to surrender the kiosk on or before 16^th November, 2024, provided the appellant files an affidavit of undertaking stating that she would vacate the kiosk on or before 16^th November, 2024, with the Registry of this Court within two working days.

With the aforesaid directions, present appeal along with the applications is disposed of.
