Although this appeal is directed against the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(COM) no. 469/2022, the only prayer that Mr Arun Maitri, who appears on behalf of the appellant, makes is that the pending applications, i.e., I.A. no. 16155/2023 and I. A. no. 4939/2023 be disposed of.
