A compromise deed settlement agreement dated 18^th April, 2024 was arrived at between plaintiff and defendant No.2 which has been placed on record. No relief is pressed by plaintiff against defendant No.1. The terms of the settlement are contained in the said agreement which is executed by the authorised signatories of the parties and is duly stamped.

As per application I.A. 11243/2024, a prayer is made to dispose of the suit, in terms of this agreement dated 18^th April, 2024. Counsels for both the parties are present and confirm the same. However, there is an objection by counsel for defendants on averments made in the application which are over and above the settlement agreement. Counsel for plaintiff states, on instructions, that those averments may be ignored and the suit be disposed of in terms of the executed and signed agreement dated 18^th April, 2024.
