This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. RC0032022A0034 dated 07.06.2022 under Section 354 IPC registered at PS: CBI, ACB, New Delhi.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 has amicably resolved all the disputes, however, neither any Settlement Deed has been filed nor the order of the Trial Court where purportedly Respondent No. 2 has submitted that she does not want to continue the case.
