Vijay Sahani, filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and pending adjudication before the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-04 (Mahila Court), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Trial Court’).
