respondent No. 2 is the complainant/victim in the present case and that the petitioner is the only accused. He, on instructions, submits that the present case is pending investigation and that the charge-sheet has not been filed so far. He further prays that though the parties have compromised, the petitioner may be saddled with some costs considering the fact that the petitioner himself is a Jail warden and that the State machinery has already been put in motion.
