The present application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS on behalf of the applicants/petitioners seeking clarification-cum-correction of order dated 02.08.2024.

Learned counsel submits that in the last paragraph of the order inadvertently the FIR number, date of FIR and the provisions have been mentioned as FIR no. 0768 dated 26.10.2021 under Section 323/341/34 IPC at PS Ranhola.

Learned APP for the state has accepted the notice and submits that it may be an inadvertent error.

In view of the submissions made, the last paragraph of order dated 02.08.2024 be read as under:

“ In view of the settlement between the parties, the FIR No. 436 dated 10.05.2022 under Section 323/354/34 IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act registered at PS Ranhola and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.”

In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master.
