- The present appeal has been filed under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 2nd September, 2002 passed by ASJ, New Delhi, in case FIR no. 647/2001 under Sections 302/201 IPC, registered at PS Defence Colony, Delhi by which the Appellant was convicted for imprisonment for life along with a fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine, Simple imprisonment for 3 months under Section 302 IPC and Rigorous Imprisonment for 2 years along with a fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine, Simple imprisonment for 3 months under Section 201 IPC. In this matter vide order dated 8th August, 2007, the sentence of the appellant was suspended.
