Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the accused/petitioner has already been acquitted by the concerned Court vide order dated 4th November, 2024. Therefore, nothing has left for further adjudication in the matter.
Mr. Satish Kumar, learned APP for the State has not contradicted the above submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the instant petition stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the concerned Court.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
