- Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:-
“A. Issue Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the Respondent to produce the infant child before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal custody of unknown person(s) as soon as possible”
- Learned APP submits that in the present case, FIR No. 498/2022 has been registered at PS GTB Enclave for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC and the said FIR has already been transferred to the Crime Branch.
