- The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
“i) Writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking modification of the order F.10 (3506570)/CJ/LEGAL / PHQ /2023/ 755711 dated 14.12.2023 passed by the respondent and directing the respondent to release the petitioner on 2nd spell of furlough for a period of 02 weeks on furnishing personal bond of Rs.4000/- only instead of furnishing surety bonds before the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail No. 14, Mandoli. And/or
