- The present appeal is preferred under Section 378 Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 18.11.2020 passed by learned Court of Sessions in Sessions Case No.291/2017 whereby respondent has been acquitted of the offence under Sections 307/363/364 IPC in FIR No.129/2016, registered at Police Station Dabri, Delhi.
- During pendency of the present appeal, vide order dated 11.10.2022, Ms. Aashaa Tiwari, Advocate was appointed amicus curiae to represent the case of the respondent.
- The present appeal was admitted for hearing on 08.02.2023 and respondent-accused was granted bail during pendency of the present appeal.
