Learned APP for the State submits that pursuant to the directions issued vide order dated 05.11.2020, the matter has been investigated and a closure report has been filed before the learned CMM on 09.01.2024 which is listed for consideration on 02.05.2024.
In view of statement of learned APP for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in the light of orders to be passed on closure report, if so advised.
Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
