Pursuant to order dated 10.01.2024, petitioner met her parents yesterday who are staying with her brother/respondent No.3 and states that they had told her that they wanted to stay at the same place with their son and that she was welcome any time in the house.

Pursuant to order dated 10.01.2024, petitioner has also shown us one gift deed dated 29.03.2023 made by her father.

Copy of such gift deed along with copy of one relinquishment deed executed in favour of respondent No.3 has also been handed over to learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 in the Court today.

In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of with the liberty to the parties to take steps, if any, to resolve their inter se issues.
