This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking quashing of FIR No. 87/2022 registered at Police Station: Dwarka Sector 23, Dwarka District, New Delhi under Sections 328/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, ‘IPC’).

During the course of the pendency of this petition, the prosecution has already filed a chargesheet; charges have been framed by the learned Trial Court and even prosecution evidence has started. The prosecutrix has also been examined.

Keeping in view the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with a request for a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the
