The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the th order dated 27 February, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 3349/2014 .

By way of the aforesaid order, the following directions had been passed:

6. So for parity of reasons, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in terms of the decision in Vinoj V.V. and Ors. (supra) within four weeks from today and if the petitioners are found eligible their pay be re-fixed and arrears thereof alongwith interest @ 9% per annum be paid within four weeks thereafter. In the eventuality, the case of the petitioners is rejected, liberty is with the petitioners to revive this petition by filing a miscellaneous application and bringing on record the order passed by the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, an order dated 30^th April, 2024 has been issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the case of the petitioner has been considered, in compliance with the order dated 27^th February, 2024.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that th he has instructions to challenge the order dated 30 April, 2024.

Considering the aforesaid, since the directions as passed in order dated 27th February, 2024, has been complied with and order dated 30th April, 2024 has been passed by the respondent, the present petition is disposed of.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order th dated 30 April, 2024.
