Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the course of hearing on 20^th September, 2024, this Court had recorded the consent of the respondent no. 1’s counsel to cancel the impugned artistic work and had allowed the instant cancellation petition. However, an inadvertent error has crept regarding the rival artistic works in the judgment.

Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 5. Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that in the order dated 20^th September, 2024, the respondent no.1’s WENDY VENUS Monogram Design, in paragraph 1 in line 4 of the judgment, shall be shown as follows:-
