This is a petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which was filed challenging the interim award passed by the ld. Arbitrator on 12th September, 2018.

Post the passing of this award, the final award has been passed by the ld. Arbitrator on 4th July, 2019. In view of the fact that any interim order would have merged into the final award, the present petition is disposed of leaving open any issues that have been raised to be considered in the challenge to the final award.
