1. Ms. Rashmi Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner very fairly states, at the very outset, that this petition has been filed beyond 37 days, beyond 3 months and 30 days from the date of receipt of the impugned arbitral award.
2. It is clear that the Court cannot condone the delay beyond 3 months and 30 days from the receipt of the arbitral award.
3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed on the ground of delay.
