In terms of the order dated 08.02.2024., Mr. Shakti Singh, Director of the petitioner company SRIMS Estates Pvt. Ltd. has filed an affidavit-cumundertaking which is as follows:
“1. That I am one of the Directors and Authorized representative of the petitioner in the above mentioned matter and am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and as such am competent and authorized to swear the present affidavit.
2. That I undertake that the petitioner company will pay a sum of Rs.7.05 Crores to the respondent DLF HOME DEVELOPERS LTD. on or before 31.03.2024.
3. That this affidavit-cum-undertaking is being given in compliance of order dated 08.02.2024 passed by this

The affidavit-cum-undertaking given by the petitioner is on record. Mr. Rajiv Nayar, learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the affidavit-cum-undertaking given by the petitioner, the matter stands settled and the matter may be disposed of.
Affidavit-cum-undertaking is accepted, and the petitioner is held bound by the affidavit-cum-undertaking.
In view of the submissions made, the petition along with pending application stands disposed of as settled.
