In terms of the order dated 08.02.2024., Mr. Shakti Singh, Director of the petitioner company SRIMS Estates Pvt. Ltd. has filed an affidavit-cumundertaking which is as follows:

“1. That I am one of the Directors and Authorized representative of the petitioner in the above mentioned matter and am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and as such am competent and authorized to swear the present affidavit.

2. That I undertake that the petitioner company will pay a sum of Rs.2.95 Crores to the respondent - DELANCO REALTORS PVT. LTD. on or before 31.03.2024.

3. That this affidavit-cum-undertaking is being given in compliance of order dated 08.02.2024 passed by this
