At my request, learned counsel for the respondent has searched the database of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and informs me that the registered office address of the petitioner is V- 2, Retail Ltd., Khasra No. 928, Extended Lal Dora Abadi Village, Village Kapashera, Tehsil- Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110037.
3. The Registry is directed to issue Court notice to the petitioner at the said address.
