This is a fresh petition u/s 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the next date for recording of evidence before learned Arbitral Tribunal is 07.09.2024 at 2 pm.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that she has no objection, if the present petition is allowed. In view of no objection, the present petition is allowed and registry shall issue summons to the witnesses mentioned in para no.10 of the petition for producing the relevant documents
