Learned counsel for the respondents-Official Liquidator, raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the present appeal at the instance of Ex-Director. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has impugned an order, whereby only valuation of the subject property has been directed and there is no adverse order passed either against the petitioner or against the company, as of now.

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented on the maintainability or otherwise of the subject appeal.
