The present petitions have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 26.10.2023 passed by learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in revision petitions whereby the revision petitions were allowed. The petitioners herein are the respondents before the learned NCDRC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the original complaints were filed before the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mohali, Punjab and against that order, appeal was moved before the learned NCDRC, which came to be dismissed vide the impugned order.

After addressing some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners admits that the entire cause of action in the present case has arisen in Punjab except that the appeal before the learned NCDRC filed in New Delhi. Moreover, in view of paragraphs 7, 8, 9 & 10 of the judgment
