Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the application moved on behalf of the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 Code of Civil Procedure (“CPC”) Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC and Order VI Rule 17 read with Order VIII Rule 1A of CPC are pending for disposal since last 2-3 months before the learned Trial Court and without disposal of these application recording of evidence of the parties by Local Commissioner is allowed by learned Trial Court.

The next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 22.02.2024.
