They have now been re-served as well on 02.11.2023 and 08.11.2023, vide ordinary processes. The counsel for the respondent had otherwise been served on 28.11.2023 vide ordinary means.
Despite being served twice, none has been appearing for the appellant so as to take steps for the further progress of the petition.
List the matter before the Hon'ble Court on 06.02.2024.”
