An application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (“Cr.P.C.”) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner / applicant for grant of interim bail in FIR No. 0066/2022 under Section 354 IPC and Sections 10/12 POCSO Act registered at P.S.: South Campus, Delhi during pendency of regular bail on the ground that the petitioner has suffered a fracture in jail.
As per medical report received from Superintendent of Prison Central Jail No.7, Tihar, New Delhi, at present, inmate is stable and all the prescribed medicines are being provided to him by the jail dispensary.
In the facts and circumstances, no grounds for grant of interim bail are made out. Application is accordingly dismissed.
