prosecution evidence. He further submits that perusal of the impugned order reflects that accused can be conservatively treated at Jail since it is a case of Anaemia alongwith other ailments. It is also pointed out that learned Trial Court has duly taken care of the said fact and has further directed the Superintendent, Jail to file medical report of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court after every 15 days. Further, medical condition can be considered by the learned Trial Court in the light of subsequent reports.
However, Superintendent Jail is directed to get the petitioner examined at G. B. Pant Hospital from the concerned specialist Doctor(s), to ensure that necessary medical treatment is provided to the petitioner, in accordance with Jail Rules.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
A copy of this order be forwarded to learned Trial Court and Superintendent Jail for information and compliance.
