“11. Accordingly, on the applicant joining the investigation further, no further coercive steps be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing.
12. The applicant shall, however, not leave the country without the express permission of this Court. The applicant shall deposit his passport with this Court within a period of one week from today. The applicant shall also, within one week and on an affidavit, disclose his current residential address and his own mobile phone number to the IO.”
