1. By way of present bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to him in FIR No. 597/2019 registered under Sections 304B/498A/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act at Police Station Narela Industrial Area.

1. Applicant was directed to be released by the Trial Court on interim bail vide order dated 06.01.2024 which was further extended vide order dated 18.01.2024. It is submitted that the applicant’s interim bail is going to expire on 27.01.2024. It is submitted that since the applicant has to perform chalivsa i.e., last rite of his father on 15.02.2024, his interim bail may be extended.
