APP for the State, has handed up a Status report, along with the photocopy of the interrogation report of the petitioner. He states on instructions, that the investigation is complete and the charge sheet is expected to be filed.

The petitioner was granted interim bail, by order dated 05^th August 2024.

The address of the petitioner has now been ascertained, and he has been joining in the investigation.

This application has been filed, seeking anticipatory bail, in FIRNo.235/2024 P.S. Paharganj under Sections 394/34 IPC.

The APP for the State, states that, pursuant to the investigation, Sections186/353 IPC, have also been added. This is a case of 3 boys

havingintercepted a tempo. One of boys took the keys of the tempo and left withthe tempo, while the other two were accosted by the police, however, chose to escapefrom there. The police noted their car number and traced it and furtherinvestigation was carried out. The other two co-accused Himanshu andChetan are both on regular bail.

The recovery, as per the investigation, is of a tempo and the mobile phone of the tempo driver, which was allegedly driven by Chetan, who is on regular bail. The petitioner isready to join the investigation and undertakes to do so.

In these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In lightof the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
