It is alleged in the FIR that the present applicant, during fight inflicted stab wounds with a knife upon the husband of the complainant. However, the MLC of the husband i.e. Satish Lakda does not reveal any injuries in the nature of incised wound or otherwise to suggest any knife wounds.
