The present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0784/2023 under Sections 307/506/34 IPC registered at PS Nand Nagri.

The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the case of the prosecution has been noted by this Court in the previous order dated 22.03.2024.

After considering the submissions, this Court had directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners till the next date subject to their joining investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners joined the investigation as and when they were called by the IO. This position is also affirmed by the learned APP for State on instructions from the IO, who is present in the Court.

It is also a matter of record that both the petitioners are students and are of the young age of about 18-19 years.

On instructions, learned APP further submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation at this stage. He further submits that in case the petitioners are required for further investigation, they will be called by the IO.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation and are also not required for any further investigation, it is directed that in the event of petitioners’ arrest, they be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
