1. It is a conceded position between learned counsel ad idem that the final award in this arbitration has been reserved and is awaiting pronouncement.
2. In that view of the matter, it is obvious that the interim order, against which the present appeal has been filed, would merge in the final award.
3. As such, reserving liberty with the appellant to take all grounds challenging the present order as grounds to assail the final award, in case the appellant is aggrieved by the final award, this present appeal is disposed of.
