Mr. Sanjeet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Manish Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the disputes in these petitions have been settled between the parties in a mediated settlement dated 06.06.2024. Settlement agreements dated 06.06.2024 have also been placed on record in each of the captioned matters.

In view of the above, Mr. Singh seeks permission to withdraw these petitions. The petitions, alongwith pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders are vacated.

Mr. Sharma assures the Court that the respondent will abide by the terms of the settlement.

In the event, there is any default in compliance of the settlement, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedies in law, including revival of these petitions.
