Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a claim before the learned CGIT, New Delhi and the same is pending for further adjudication.
He also submitted that the respondent has violated the order dated 25th January, 2023, by terminating the petitioner’s services during the pendency of the present writ petition inspite of directions of the learned Predecessor Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that in view of the above said violation of order dated 25th January, 2023, the petitioner has already filed the contempt petitions bearing nos. CCP/1836/2023, CCP/1776/2023 and CCP/44/2024 before this Court. He further prayed that all the issues with

regard to the non-compliance of the order dated 25th January, 2023 may be taken up in the contempt proceedings.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that since the matter is pending before the learned CGIT, New Delhi, therefore, at this stage, he does not wish to press the present petition.
In view of the above, the instant petition along with pending applications is thus dismissed as not pressed.
