Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that an affidavit dated 22^nd September, 2023 on behalf of respondent no.3 i.e., the Department of Women and Child Development, GNCTD has been filed vide Diary No. E-1773099/2023 and the same is on record . The learned counsel also referred to paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the said affidavit and submitted that the competent authority has granted administrative approval for payment of arrears to 25 creche workers from September, 2014 to February, 2021 and the same shall be paid after verification of the identity of the claimants.

is appended as Annexure A-2 alongwith the said affidavit and the payment to said claimants shall be paid within three months.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents prayed for directions of this Court that the details of the legal heirs of workers mentioned at Serial No. 17 to 22 shall be provided by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners undertakes to provide the details of the legal heirs of workers mentioned at Serial No. 17 to 22 which is appended as Annexure A-2 along with the affidavit within two weeks to the competent authority.

In view of the above said affidavit filed by the respondent no.3 on 22^nd September, 2023, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the payment shall be made expeditiously within the time limit as fixed by this Court. 6. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the affidavit which has been referred to by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 7. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending. As per the contents made in the said affidavit and the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners are directed to provide the details of the legal heirs of the workers mentioned at Serial No. 17 to 22 in the appended Annexure A-2 of the affidavit filed by the respondent no. 3 to the competent authority, within two weeks.

Accordingly, the respondent no. 3 is directed to pay the arrears from September, 2014 to February, 2021 to the claimants within three months
