On the last occasions also i.e. 23rd February, 2023, 21st August, 2023 and 6th December, 2023, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter any further. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
