Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confine their submissions to the extent of seeking the same directions which are passed in W.P.(C) 16610/2023 vide order dated 21.12.2023.

The Court has considered the aforesaid submissions and has also perused the order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 2813/2021, dated 24.08.2022 and the order dated 31.08.2022 passed in the same writ petition in CM APPL 37833/2022.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 21.12.2023, the Court finds it appropriate to reiterate the same directions in the instant cases as well, as the core controversy remains the same.

Let the respondents to comply with the directions passed in W.P. (C) 16610/2023 in the order dated 21.12.2023. The directions therein shall be made applicable mutatis mutandis to the facts of these writ petitions.
