“ 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post filing of the present petitions, the DSIIDC is considering similar applications for conversion. He submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner(s) in the present petition(s), the petitioner(s) will move an appropriate application before the DSIIDC in this regard.
2. In case the petitioner(s) files such application(s) before the DSIIDC, the DSIIDC shall consider such application(s) of the petitioner(s) without being influenced by the fact of the pendency of the present writ petition(s). The decision of the DSIIDC shall be communicated to the petitioner(s) within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of such application(s) from the petitioner(s). ”
