As would be evident from the order of 21 May 2024, a copy of the Order-in-Original dated 01 December 2023 has been duly served upon the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, we grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the alternative remedy of preferring a statutory appeal. Any appeal along with a delay condonation application, if filed, shall be examined and disposed of in accordance with law.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
