The present revision is fixed up for further consideration on 15^th January, 2025.

However, in the interregnum, the present application has been moved seeking to withdraw the present revision petition on the ground that matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

In terms of settlement, which took place before the Counselling Cell of North West District, Rohini, Delhi, parties have been able to amicably settle all their disputes related to marriage in question and, thereafter, even a petition seeking divorce by mutual consent has been moved before the concerned Family Court and First Motion has also been duly recorded on 13^th September, 2024.

The parties do not have any issue from the wedlock in question and the copy of the settlement has also been placed on record. It is also mentioned in

the settlement deed that present revision petition shall also be withdrawn.

Nobody appears from the opposite side on advance notice.

It is however, noticed that the challenge in the present revision petition is, merely, confined to the direction passed by the learned Judge Family Court whereby it directed the petitioner (husband) to deposit part litigation expenses of Rs.11,000/- in the name of respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner also, who has joined the proceedings through Video-conferencing, state that the present petition may be disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the above said settlement.

The next date fixed is cancelled.

Accordingly, the present petition is, hereby, dismissed as not pressed in view of the amicable settlement between the parties.
