been arrived at between the parties and now in compliance of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon’ble Court the 50% amount deposited by the petitioner in this case is required to be released to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent also acknowledges the settlement between the parties and submits that the respondent has no objection if the deposited amount be released to the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon’ble Court.
